I want additional pages not mentioned as part of the package, can you do that?
If you are a member or our technical marketing concierge service or decide to become a member, then you can send in a task to create any additional pages or make extra changes not included in the package.
I'd like to have my designer to do the website designs for me, can you build those?
Unfortunately, we’ve found in the past that other designers create layouts & designs that contain features or elements that may not be compatible with the platforms we build with. For that reason, we have a strict policy that we MUST control the design phase to be able to offer this service at the low price we do.
Can you upload the website content for me?
Through experience, we’ve found that the quickest and simplest way to add content is for you or someone in your team to follow our end-of-project video instructions. These guides walk you through duplicating pages and adding content as needed.
If you’re a Concierge service member and can provide your content in manageable pieces, we’re happy to assist with these tasks
Who is handling my project?
Depending on the service you purchase, a specialist in that area from our team will be assigned to the project. The specialist will coordinate other internal resources to ensure that the project is delivered to your full specification.
I already have a WordPress site, I just want to make a few changes, is this right for me?
No, this is designed for people who are building a new website from scratch or looking to migrate from a non wordpress site (like Wix) over to wordpress or do a major overhaul of an existing site (essentially rebuilding it completely just keeping some of the content). If you have an existing wordpress based site and just have a few small changes then our Concierge Service can assist you through our task based implementation approach.
Can I use a different framework like Genesis?
For our website projects, we focus only on the platforms we know well and can provide expert service on. For WordPress themes, that means we’ll be working with Elementor Pro and will provide this license for you as part of the project.
