This Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) ensures that our task system is used fairly and prevents misuse or abuse by a small number of users.

Unlimited Tasks Policy

Under this FUP, Growth Bubbles offers unlimited task requests for technical, on-page SEO, and design-related services, provided they:

• Relate to tools on our supported platforms list.
• Can be completed by our team in under one hour of direct action.

Legitimate Use

Concierge tasks are intended for personal or business marketing purposes only, in line with our Terms of Use and this FUP. The following practices are examples of what would not be considered Legitimate Use:

• Requesting tasks for websites or platforms you do not own.
• Reselling task services to third parties.
• Using tasks to generate income for yourself or others, except when directly tied to your individual business marketing needs.
• Exhibiting unusual patterns inconsistent with standard individual task use, such as submitting an excessive number of requests in a short time frame.

Growth Bubbles reserves the right to consider additional practices when determining Legitimate Use. Any unlawful, prohibited, abnormal, or unusual activity may also be taken into account.

Policy Enforcement

If Growth Bubbles determines that your usage violates this FUP or our Terms of Use, we may, at our discretion:

• Suspend your subscription immediately.
• Terminate our relationship with you.

Where reasonable, we will provide prior notice of improper usage and, if appropriate, offer an alternative subscription plan.
