We provide ongoing monthly website maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. Plus, you get 1 hour of development time each month, which you can use for tasks like:

How often is my website backed up?
Your website is automatically backed up every day. We securely store backups for the past 30 days, so if anything goes wrong, we can easily restore your site to a previous version.
Do you scan my website for malware?
Yes! We perform daily automated malware scans using a premium plugin. These scans cover your entire website — including both files and the database — to catch any threats early. Need a manual scan? Just send us a request and we’ll run it on-demand.
Do you offer 24/7 technical support?
Our technical support is available Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM BST. If you submit a ticket outside of these hours, don’t worry — we’ll prioritise it as soon as our support team is back online.

We use premium tools like MalCare and iThemes Security Pro to safeguard your site from known vulnerabilities and malicious attacks. While these services provide strong protection, no firewall can block every possible threat. That’s why we highly recommend keeping your WordPress core, themes, and plugins fully updated at all times for maximum security.
What’s included (and excluded) in your website backups?
We perform complete, incremental backups of your entire WordPress site — this includes your posts, pages, media, themes, plugins, and all essential files. WordPress sites are made up of two key parts:
Database: We back up your entire database to capture content, settings, and configurations.
Files: We back up all files within your core WordPress directories —
wp-content,wp-includes, andwp-admin— ensuring nothing important is missed.
To keep your backups clean and efficient, we exclude unnecessary items like cache files, logs, and backups created by other plugins. These files can bloat your site and may interfere with a smooth restoration process.
What details do you need to set up support on my website?
Once you’ve purchased a SiteCare Bubble, we’ll ask you to securely share your WordPress admin login and file access credentials via LastPass. This allows us to set up essential services like backups, security monitoring, and plugin management.
If your site uses any custom-built plugins, we’ll also ask for details so we can handle them with extra care during updates. All credentials are kept strictly confidential and are only accessible to authorised Growth Bubbles team members.
Do you guarantee my website won’t get compromised?
While no service can guarantee 100% protection from every possible threat, we do guarantee that we’ll take every measure to secure your website against hackers, brute force attacks, bots, and other malicious activity.
Our setup includes a robust firewall to block unwanted traffic and advanced login protection to prevent unauthorized access attempts. We’re committed to keeping your site as secure as possible with industry-leading tools and proactive monitoring.
